• Attended 5 National seminars and 5 paper presentations done in different topics Participated and presented a paper titled 'Health benefits of physical activity' in the one day national seminar on 'Social Need of Health, Physical education and Life skills organized by the Department of Physical education , Govt. college, Kasargod and sponsored by the Directorate of collegiate education , Govt. Of kerala On 15th January 2014.

•  Participated and presented a paper titled 'Kids Nutrition ; Tips for parents' in the UGC sponsored National seminar on Prevalence and control of life style diseases in kerala conducted by the Department of physical education, Deva matha college kuravilangad on 6th and 7th February 2014.

•  Participated and presented a paper titled 'Exercises For Lifestyle Diseases' in the national seminar on Ethnographic Identity and Socio- Cultural Repercussions of Sports, Rituals and Exer-Dances: Cultural Imagination and Linking in purview of Talent Identification on 25th and 26th February 2014.

•  Participated and presented a paper titled 'Sports psychology for the mental well-being of the athletes' in the national seminar organized by the Govt. College of Physical Education, East Hill, Calicut-5, Kerala , On the 27th and 28th November 2014. 

•  Participated and presented a paper titled 'Kids Nutrition and it's Importance' in the UGC sponsored national seminar on recent trends in sports medicine conducted by the Dept. Of physical education, Deva matha college kuravilangad on 8th and 9th January 2015.
