Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme

The AICTE approved Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme is implemented in the college. Accordingly, students with high academic results and hailing from economically backward families are granted full tuition fee concession.

5% seats of total intake will be filled under Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme over and above the sanctioned intake. The above seats will be filled up by allotment of Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech Admission in Management Quota

Admission is strictly on the basis of merit.
  1. Candidates must be citizens of India/persons of Indian origin (PIO)/Overseas citizen of India (OCI). PIO/OCI candidates will not eligible for any kind of reservation.
  2. Candidates should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December 2017.
  3. Applicants should Pass Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination recognized equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/equivalent subjects put together or equivalent grade.
  4. Rounding off of the percentage of marks to the next higher whole number is not permitted.
  5. Only those Applicants who qualify in Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination 2017 (KEAM 2017) conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Govt. of Kerala are eligible (Candidates should have scored minimum of 10 marks each in Paper I and Paper II)

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech Admission in NRI Quota

  1. The Managements are entitled to fill up 15% seats in the NRI category (NRI) by admitting qualified students who are dependents of Non Resident Indians. Students admitted under this scheme will not be allowed to change Institution / Course/ Quota under any circumstances.
  2. NRI Sponsor should have a valid Passport & Employment Visa
  3. Candidates should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December 2017.
  4. Applicants should Pass Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination recognized equivalent thereto with at least 60% marks in Mathematics separately and 60% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/equivalent subjects put together or equivalent grade.
  5. Rounding off of the percentage of marks to the next higher whole number is not permitted.
  6. KEAM Entrance 2017 score is not required.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech Admission in Government Quota

  1. Candidates must be citizens of India

Admission is strictly on the basis of merit.
  1. Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering/ Technology awarded by any State Board of Technical Education, or Institutions under Govt of India after undergoing regular course of 3 years.
  2. Those who are appearing for the final year diploma examination are also eligible to apply
  3. Candidates must compulsorily write the State level entrance test conducted by the Joint Controller of Technical Examinations and secure a place in the rank list published based on it.
  4. The admission will be subject to regulations of the Universities concerned.
  5. Maximum age as on the last date of submission of application will be 30 Years.
  6. Non-Keralites are also eligible to apply but their admission will be restricted to the Private Self- Financing Institution and Non-Government seats in the Government controlled Self- Financing Institutions.
  7. Candidates having diploma not issued by the State Board of Technical Education Kerala should produce an equivalence certificate issued by the Director of Technical Education, Kerala.

Admission Procedure

  • Submit filled application form and application fee through Online (No Need to Send any hardcopies via post or by any other means to the college). Click here to register.
  • For B.Tech Management Admission - Ranklist is prepared based on the % of marks obtained in final year of qualifying exam (Second year in case of HSE) of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and the scores of Paper I and Paper II in the Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination 2017 (KEAM 2017) giving equal weightage.
    For NRI admission - Ranklist is prepared based on the % of marks obtained in final year of qualifying exam (Second year in case of HSE) of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).
    For LET admission - All admission will be as per the rank list prepared based on Lateral Entry Entrance Examination conducted by The Joint Controller of Technical Examinations, Thiruvananthapuram. Candidates will be admitted only to the branch of Engineering as per the equivalency given in Annexure A in LET Prospectus 2017-2018.
  • Selection will be based on Inter-se merit through open counselling. The date for counselling will be published in the website.
  • If confirmed, join with all certificates, Supporting documents and fees. If in waiting list, check website, when confirmed, join with all certificates and fees
  • If admitted on the basis of any wrong information or if original certificates and supporting documents are not submitted in stipulated time, it is liable to be cancelled at any time.

Admission to NRI Quota
