Best Paper Triumph at CISCON 2025: Mechatronics Team Shines
The Department of Mechatronics Engineering at Jyothi Engineering College proudly celebrates the outstanding achievement of its faculty and students who won the Track-wise Best Paper Award at the prestigious XXII Control Instrumentation Systems Conference (CISCON) 2025, held on August 01–02, 2025 at Manipal Institute of Technology, Karnataka. The award-winning paper titled “Teleoperated Soft Vine Growing Robot” (Paper ID 438) was co-authored by Ms. Grace Maria George, Mr. Sudheesh Devadas, Mr. Amal Krishna, Mr. Jain Varghese, Ms. Athira P. Preman, Mr. Sibin Johny, and Dr. Karthik Chandran. The conference was technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Bangalore Section, adding further prestige to this recognition. This accolade reflects the department’s commitment to cutting-edge research and interdisciplinary innovation in robotics and automation.
