MRE Department Organized Session on Image Processing Fundamentals Using MATLAB

The NBA-accredited Department of Mechatronics Engineering, in association with MESA and IE(I), conducted a technical session on Image Processing Fundamentals in Visual Computing Using MATLAB on February 18, 2026 (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) at the MR CAD and Embedded AI Lab. The session was led by Dr. Neethu M and Mr. Jineesh, who provided detailed theoretical insights into visual computing along with practical exposure to fundamental image processing tools. The session enhanced understanding of core algorithmic concepts and their applications in mechatronic systems.
