    The NBA-accredited Department of Mechatronics Engineering officially inaugurated the Mechatronics Engineering Students Association (M.E.S.A) on July 31, 2026 (9:30 AM – 12:30 PM) at the Decennial Hall. The ceremony was graced by Er. V M Giridharan, General Manager at SFO Technologies (A NEST Group of Organisation), as Chief Guest. Er. Giridharan delivered an insightful technical talk on Statistical Quality Control and Six Sigma in the Age of Smart Manufacturing, covering modern quality management methodologies, data-driven optimization in automated systems, and Six Sigma implementation within smart manufacturing environments
