Projects Guided

Projects Name Details Year
Advanced IoMT-Based Medicine Dispenser with Comprehensive Remote Health Monitoring System Guided a B.Tech Minor Project that developed an IoMT-enabled automated medicine dispensing system integrated with remote health monitoring. The project focused on combining IoT, embedded systems, sensors, automation, and remote monitoring to improve medication management and healthcare support. I provided technical guidance, supervision, and continuous support throughout the project development and documentation. 2025-2026
Poultron the Poultry Robot (Smart Poultry Automation System) Guided a B.Tech project by Akshay Krishna K, Jomerin Christo Joseph, and Sheehan Shafi (Robotics & Automation Engineering) that designed and developed an ESP32-WROOM-based mobile robot for smart poultry farm monitoring. The system integrates environmental sensing (temperature, humidity, ammonia), a camera module for visual/thermal inspection, automated feed dispensing, and obstacle-avoidance navigation, with data transmitted wirelessly to a web/mobile dashboard for real-time monitoring and alerts. The prototype demonstrated approximately 2 hours of continuous operation per charge, an effective Wi-Fi range of about 100 m, and reliable sensor accuracy during trials in a simulated poultry shed environment. 2025-2026
Collaborative Robotic Arm Assistant (COBOT) Guided a B.Tech project on a low-cost, intelligent Collaborative Robotic Arm Assistant designed for desktop and small-scale industrial automation tasks such as pick-and-place and basic soldering. The system integrates a multi-DOF robotic arm with cycloidal gear mechanisms driven by stepper motors, achieving a 300mm reach, 2kg payload capacity, and ±0.5mm positioning repeatability. It incorporates computer vision and AI-based object detection for autonomous task execution, along with a user-friendly graphical and natural-language control interface, and built-in safety mechanisms (speed and force limitation) for safe human-robot collaboration. The modular design features an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), making the system adaptable for high-mix, low-volume manufacturing in small-scale industries. 2025-2026
